The Greater New Orleans Chapter of Business Networking International is one of the strongest, most exciting chapters in Louisiana. GNO BNI only accepts highly motivated, extremely ambitious professionals to be members of our networking group. We believe in holding high expectations for all members to maintain a certain level of professionalism, involvement, continuing education, and referral activity.

A few core members began GNO BNI in January of 2003 and within only 6 weeks, our membership was more than enough to become an officially chartered BNI chapter. Since that time, we have continued to learn more and more on how to effectively refer one another business by attending workshops, having one-2-one meetings, and by having separate strategy meetings with other members of our professional contact spheres. GNO BNI is consistently moving forward at an incredible pace and continuely raises the bar of what is considered a successful chapter.

Our chapter was honored at the 2003 BNI Awards Banquet with Louisiana BNI's first ever "2003 Rookie of the Year" award for the group's overall chapter growth and innovative concepts of generating business. The chapter has revolutionized the BNI scene by creating new ideas such as "Speed Networking", "BNI Idol", and chapter business cards.
